Having navigated the solitary path of business growth, shouldered the weight of personal guarantees for loans, and grappled with the intricacies of managing cash flow, I have a deep understanding of the day-to-day challenges of running and growing a business from bootstrapped start-up to a fully developed and departmentalised organization. These personal experiences, which I share with many SME owners, and my fervor for business have propelled me into the role of advisor and confidant for fellow business owners.
