As a Yoga Mentor and Lead in teacher training, Rossi's all about busting Limiting Beliefs and reshaping the game in behavior, health, relationships, and performance.
✨✨Rossi is a 500 E-RYT and YACEP. She found the joys of practicing Yoga when Yoga found her as a teenager back when she was only 17 years old.
Her path took her to a vinyasa yoga teacher training in 2014. Rossi continuously studies the roots and traditions of this practice as she truly believes in the benefits of this well-rounded practice including all the eight limbs that Patanjali describes in the Yoga Sutras.
She has a wide variety of studies including Power Vinyasa, Iyengar, Hatha, Restorative, Yin, Yoga for addiction and recovery, Love Your Brain/ yoga for traumatic brain injuries, Yoga for Young Warriors, Y12SR yoga for the 12-step program, The art of Adjustment and mindful touch. Rossi is also a Traditional Bodyworker practitioner and Reiki Master, an Intuitive Tarot Reader, and a Psychic in development. She is a mind architect catalyst in training and her mission is to ignite communities everywhere to break the Self Imposed limitations and open up to possibilities.
Rossi founded Bossi Rossi Yoga to compliment her passion for Authentic growth + support as a Mentor of new Yoga Teacher Graduates. Rossi believes that the same principles that guide one through life are related both to happiness and satisfaction at work and any other relationships one holds.

I have started early on on the path of Yoga and I deeply connect with Eastern philosophies and guides to navigate and lead me through life. I am a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master and I am also an Intuitive and work with tarot and oracle cards.
To Rossi, Tarot is a unique cooperation between sense and soul, intellect and intuition.
