The Caring Center

Established in 1982, the Caring Center is an independent, 501(c)(3) non-profit, formed by parents and professional educators to deliver exemplary early education, and to promote family and community development. We care for children ages 10 weeks through 10 years old in our NAEYC-accredited, KEYSTONE STARS 4 center at 3101 Spring Garden Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104.
