Elevator, a Co-Warehousing Community

Elevator is a co-warehousing community designed for small businesses, e-commerce brands, and creatives. Founded by Shannon and Emiliano Lerda, we combine flexible warehouse storage, office suites, logistics support, and an entrepreneurial community into a single, scalable solution. With locations in Omaha, Des Moines and Kansas City (Opening Fall 2025), we provide month-to-month workspace, integrated shipping and receiving support, and a vibrant community of like-minded business owners. Our mission is elevating small businesses through the right space in the right place, month-to-month flexibility, supportive community, and good vibes.
