Ginny Bolling, SR/WA, is the founder of Pivotal Real Estate Investments, specializing in syndications and joint ventures in commercial real estate to build wealth and income for investors while improving communities. She also leads Acquisition Solutions, a commercial brokerage and consulting firm, and hosts the Pivot to Prosperity podcast, where she interviews people involved in commercial real estate at all levels to share lessons learned, tax strategies, tips and more. She has partnered on 661 multifamily units and a 14,000 sq ft medical office valued over $100M.

Ginny brings 40+ years of expertise in acquisitions, valuations, and due diligence, with a strong background in government-related work. She has acquired over 600 properties for public infrastructure projects and has a proven ability to navigate strategic planning, subcontracting, permitting processes, and leveraging decades of consulting to move projects forward efficiently. She has also been a licensed real estate broker for over 30 years. Ginny is also a pickleball and tennis player known to encourage others to Work Less, Make More and Play More. She also strongly believes people should diversify investments outside of the stock market and include passive investing in syndications as an easy hands-off way to build wealth and income while living busy lives.
