Im a somatic practitioner who helps you stop suppressing yourself, integrate trauma, and move towards deeper self expression, pleasure, vitality and flow.

I'm a Certified Non-Linear Movement Method® Teacher and am training to become an Embodied Psychosexual Facilitator.

I offer group somatic workshops at Studio Dreamland and private virtual 1-1 sessions.
