The Anxiety Release Workshop for New Mums is a free online session designed to support women who may be experiencing anxiety after having a baby. Motherhood can bring so many changes—physically, emotionally, and mentally—and it’s very common to feel overwhelmed or anxious while adjusting to this new chapter. Hosted live on Zoom over two sessions, each lasting around 1 to 1.5 hours, the workshop will help you understand why anxiety happens, how it affects the brain and body, and what you can do to regain a greater sense of calm and control. You’ll also learn about the principles of **solution-focused hypnotherapy** and how small shifts in thinking and mindset can help you feel more balanced, confident, and supported as you navigate motherhood. The workshop is designed to be a safe, supportive space where you can learn practical tools to help you feel calmer and more in control in your day-to-day life as a mum.
