Dr. Elise Healzer, DM, LMFT is a the owner of Cornerstone Strategy Partners, specializing in leadership development, organizational strategy, and sustainable practice within behavioral health settings. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist with clinical experience across a variety of settings, including nonprofit and private practice environments. Elise holds a doctorate in management with a concentration in organizational development and change and works at the intersection of clinical practice and organizational leadership, helping clinicians navigate supervision, ethical decision-making, organizational culture, and long-term sustainability in the field. Elise is passionate about protecting clinician's well-being, rural access to behavioral healthcare and empowering clinicians to become better leaders.
