CRIHB's Human Resources department provides training and development opportunities designed to support 638 Tribal members, associate members, and the broader community. Our sessions focus on building practical skills, strengthening workplace relationships, and promoting healthy, respectful environments.

Through both in-person trainings and virtual webinars, we offer tools and guidance on topics such as conflict resolution, communication, and employee relations—empowering individuals and leaders to navigate challenges with confidence.
