Helen Girling is an Essex based artist who studied at Central Saint Martins School of Art. Her background in fashion is given expression in her work providing it with a contemporary illustrative effect in her works on paper.

Helen is an educator providing workshops for children, young people and adults using creativity for the art of paying attention.
