Hope Blooms believes in the transformative power of flowers and joy to change the world. We are a nonprofit organization in Fargo, N.D., that is creating community through one-on-one interactions and deliveries of beautiful bedside bouquets, so that those who are in need most in our community feel a sense of belonging. Our mission focuses the social and emotional well-being of some of our most vulnerable community members who feel forgotten through a beautiful but simple message of “you matter.”We serve individuals in hospice care, nursing homes, long-term care facilities and assisted living, memory care centers, shelters, women and families in need as well as individuals facing difficult times. In total, we serve nearly 100 facilities and groups on an ongoing basis throughout the year.
